Before I talk about the product, I want to say that the seller Amamax did a great job. For the price of just 2 dollars, the shipping was very fast and came in a nice little package.I used this cable to connect my Yamaha Grand G with my HP laptop. However, the laptop was recognizing the keys half a second later I press the keys on the keyboard. I don't know if it's the cable's fault, the keyboard, or my laptop, but I won't be using these now. I haven't tried on other products like printers and such, but I am dissappointed with the connection delay.UPDATE:When I set the output sound to my keyboard instead of my laptop, it works without any delays! For 2 dollars, it does its job very well. Why waste your money buying it from a store when you can buy the same quality for much lower price here?

This cable was not only priced right but it is a first quality product. I buy all my cables via Amazon and eBay. Why pay high prices for cables when you can get good cables for an affordable price. One problem: you will encounter a bad cable but I've had the same problem with cables from local sources. Usually you can get two cables via Amazon or eBay for less than from a local source. That's what I usually do when I need the cable quickly. If one doesn't function, the other usually will. If both function, you'll probably have a use for the second one later or give it to a friend that needs one.

This cable worked perfectly for me - it connected a Zip drive to my computer via USB port. It was a lifesaver because it allowed me to retrieve some old photos I'd forgotten on Zip disks. In the decade since I'd taken the photos, my computer had changed several times and technology had progressed from screw-in pin connections to USB ports. This cable bridged the years and really made my day. Plus, it was very inexpensive compared to buying one at a computer store.

SANOXY® USB 2.0 Cable Type A Male to Type B Male 6 ft., Black: This cable is very light weight and probably will not hold up for our use in our recording studio, we use a much heavier cable for instruments. This cable would be ok for printers and such but not musical instruments.

I bought a hp printer from best buy and while I was at the store, the salesman asked if I wanted to buy a cable because it didn't come with the printer.I said No Thank You knowing that I could get a cable from amazon.com..Came home and bought this one for 19.00 less than the price is Bestbuy.Arrived in excellent condition and works perfect.Thanks Amazon!
