The screws would not go in all the way on the back two levels on one side. They did not line up and you really can’t stretch metal to make it work. Frustrated about that although I’m still using it. I just pray it doesn’t fall apart. You would think it would be perfect for the price of the product.Now I also haven’t tried to return, long story but I just haven’t had time to even look to see if I could now that I’ve already been using it 🤷🏼‍♀️

This is adorable but alittle smaller than expected. I bought 2, 1 for cats and 1 for puppy. The bowls are small so this would def be best for cats and small dogs. Even at its highest point my puppy will soon out grow this so I will have to upgrade to something bigger, the bowls are small and dnt hold much food or water for a dog unless a very small dog

This dog feeder is very trendy and fancier than a dog needs, but is great for the owner! It looks very nice in my kitchen and I liked that I could adjust the height of the bowls. The name tag at the top is a cute addition. But what I really like is the sturdy make and the balance of the feeder. I needed this new one because I tripped over the old one which was short and rusted and fell right over. Both ceramic bowls broke. That being said, I am not a fan of the metal bowls. They are very lightweight and make noise when my dog is eating hungrily and knocking it around. I think I might get another 2 bowls for it, which is really a shame as it adds to the cost of an already costly item.

Overall, I love the look of this dog bowl stand and the fact that it can be height adjusted is great. We are getting a golden retriever puppy and they grow so fast! I didn’t want to have to get a new bowl stand every few months to suit the dog’s needs. The little bone shaped sign at the top comes with a dry erase marker so you can write your pets name which is super cute. There is one glitch when putting together...one of the holes for the screws to go in was not drilled in precisely the correct spot so you can’t screw one of the screws in all the way which was super frustrating. However, I could rig it enough where it still holds together and is sturdy. It is placed up against the wall so you can’t see the problem area so it’s all good.
