Q: Do they not slip off the heal in the shoes?

I have not had a problem with the socks slipping, my ankles are quite thick though so maybe if you have slim ankles they might

They do have seems but knt on end of toes, it's further down but honestly you don't know it's there. They are very comfy socks. Hope that helps.

Q: What size are these? Im a size 7 and find most womens socks a bit small as they are usually 4-7

I usually get 4-7, fit well but even after washing they do start shrinking. There's on Amazon Puliou 10 pairs black trainer socks 6-8, which may be better for you. In fact I'll get them next time. Hope that helps you. Barbara.

Although these were soft and comfortable they unfortunately wore away at the heels quickly, I wasn't even wearing trainers just backless shoes, no clue how that happened.
