Starpowa Meno Balance 60 Gummies

After months of constant hot flushes and night sweats I researched products to help. Starpowa had great reviews so I decided to try them. They came all stuck together as the reviews had said- but a mix up with a fork soon sorted it. They didn't work straight away and I was becoming despondent but decided to persevere and continue. Then after just less than 4 weeks, literally overnight, I had no flushes or night sweats. This has continued for the last 2 weeks. The flushes and night sweats had taken over my life and I was getting very down. I am me again!!!! Absolutely brilliant. My repeat order is in!

I’ve noticed slight symptoms for a while now that I think are perimenopausal, I’m 44.Wanted to try these before going to the dr as I don’t feel symptoms at that point yet.These are great! I’ve been using them for 4 months and there’s a very very obvious improvement in symptoms. I don’t get flushes yet but my mood and general body comfort would go rapidly down before my period. These have completely taken away any before period symptoms to the point that it surprises me when I start! Usually I can count down the 10 days leading up to it!My insomnia and restless legs have improved too.I went away for 2 weeks and forgot to take them and it was a very, very clear change, all symptoms came back, so I definitely know it was these gummies.I’ve recommended them to all my friends. Definitely try these if you’re perimenopausal, I can’t comment about how they will affect stronger symptoms though once full menopause arrives, but I’ll definitely still be taking them.They taste great too! I suffer with intense hot flushes and not sweaty and can honestly say these make such a difference! The flushes I would say have improved 80% in two weeks and the nights sweaty almost gone. Missed one tonight before bed and wake at 3 soaked in sweat. Won't be missing any again! Doesn't do anything fir my brain fog or anxeity but well worth it for the flushes 😄

Fabulous, great for menopause symptoms, especially if like me yiy can't swollow tablets and capsules.

Second order. First one was okay even though gummies stuck together they were easily separated and tasted fine. Second order stick together and staring to crystallise even though in date and sealed! Tried to return but had to use a parcel shop and retailer was unhelpful and had no bags ti return so refused the package! Stuck with a substandard product. Won’t but again.

Whenever I stop taking these (eg I run out), I start getting uncomfortable hot flushes again within a day or two. When I take them, it's rare.. maybe once in several weeks! For me, it's worth the cost. As they're pleasant to take, it's surprisingly easy to be consistent with taking them, which has to be a plus! My other vits just lie sitting there waiting. I've been taking these for about 6 months now, and while I'm not mad keen on the artificial bits of the gummie, I do feel the benefits for balancing my health and functioning makes it worthwhile. Some batches of gummies do stick together, but this seems to have improved. Overall, very helpful to me! No single "tablet" has made such a difference to my quality of life! Recommend their hair nails and skin one too.

Loved the flavour of these gummies and have started noticing a slight improvement in sleep pattern since taking.However, trying to remove the gummies from the bottle is an issue. They are welded together in the bottom of the bottle.

Yes the vitamins do stick together but they are easy to separate if you're gentle. I'm three days in of taking them and have already noticed a difference in my joint aches and pains and m beginning to feel more like my old self. I'm hoping this may continue and may even look to get the hormone balance ones too.
