Worth every penny. Comes in a box and it has to be totally assembled tools not included, but step by step instructions for it done pretty fast. Sturdy. My clients are loving it. It’s so comfortable. I’m so happy. Love it. I got the Square Mat for its square base. Good Hydraulics good locks. Very lovely would recommend highly

The media could not be loaded.  I left the plastic on to preserve it as much as poss but I love this chair. Very easy to maneuver when turning clients and using the pump to life them up and down.. Not too wide but also not too small, can fit all body types/shapes that I've experienced so far. It took me about 1.5 hours to put together by myself. But what I can say that I disliked is that they did not Inlxude the tools to screw the screws in (Allen wrench, etc) luckily I had my own from previous projects and also they were missing the third whole on one side of the arm wrest to put a screw in. But overall, I enjoy this chair, I love it.

Please don’t waste your time! I ordered this for our salon and was extremely disappointed. I wish I would have read all of the reviews. The pump was covered in hydraulic fluid and leaking from taking it out of the styrofoam. Two of the cushions already had holes. Not to mention it’s 65 lbs and we have to take it to ups. Save your time and money and get a different chair.

Chair is actually easy to put together. Initially I had trouble though following the instructions, had the arms and back facing the wrong way and thought something was defective with the chair. Contacted the company, which responded promptly. I've suggested the instruction manual be improved but overall I like the chair and send kudos to the company for being so responsive. I'm 72 and 5' 2" — I had to have someone younger and stronger lift and place the seat part on top of the pump, but otherwise put the chair together myself.

Great chair for the price point! Love the color. You will need your own tools as it does not come with any. Besides that and a couple of rust spots on the pump it’s a great chair. I’ll see how it holds up over time.

This chair was a great purchase. It was easy to assemble, and it is very sturdy. The pump works great will be purchasing another one.

The chair is very comfortable and also looks great. Love it! You can tell it is well made as well.

My husband assembled these gorgeous chairs and to my surprise the hydraulic pump is all backwards basically! (Insert tears) I bought these and now cannot even raise the chair with a person in it! Definitely wouldn’t purchase again unless this company makes it right!
