Better for 120sq Room
Very nice, takes 5 mins to cool 120sq room, no heavy sounds from indoor & outdoor units, Remote was just okay. Takes 24 hours for installation and technicians perfectly do their job.Overall budget friendly Ac.

Good product.
The media could not be loaded. After using for about a month, I would suggest that the company should have provided with backlight in the remote. Cooling is fantastic, other basic features are ok. Summarizes to a good product.

Best AC ever !
I don’t understand why people have left negative comments here. Let me share my experiences. AC was delivered within 48 hours , amazing Job Amazon. I called Carrier guys regarding installation and within 2 hours people came to install the ac. They were like extremely professional and installation cost was exactly what was being told. Comes to cooling of the AC so at 24 degree it cools like it’s on 18 degrees. Cools within few minutes and it’s absolutely soundless. I didn’t even feel the vibration that ac is on. Only cool air. So all in all it’s a best AC in the market and some amazing service by carrier. They proved they are the boss when it comes to AC.

Defective Product and Pathetic Service
It has been just 2 months and my AC has been opened 3 times for something or the other. The service people do not know anything and everytime they leave a new issue.There is a continuous noise from the indoor unit and the technicians have no clue about the solution and they keep coming and going saying that we will send someone senior which has never happened till now.Stay away from this brand.

Very good product
Very impressive product in low budget ac .you can not believe it is very silent in 24 degree.cooling effect is very good in minimum time .ita make good environment around you I am very happy to brought it.I read many negative comments about it .I search on Google it is best brand.but I installed by local mechanic because company representatives take 5 to 7 days

The motor makes a peculiar sound, as if an Aircraft engine is On all the time. Quite bugging it is.
The motor making peculiar sound as if an Aircraft engine is on all the time. Will not recommend this Ac to anyone. Not happy at all. Now stuck with this Ac. Don’t know what to do. I have to keep always on Silent mode, it’s sleep mode is useless, it makes more sound.

Awesome 1 ton AC... Carrier did great job... I got delivery on time & installation same day after 2 hours... Carrier service centre guy did great job as I requested to install my Ac on same day & he did it ..with 2 Ac professional ... Thank you so much 😀
