Useful Behind Furniture
Good for outlets that reside behind furniture. Instead of the cord being bent and crushed, furniture can be slid right up to this outlet with the plugs comfortably on the sides.

No screw
These seem to work just fine. They didn't come with the screw to secure them, but the hole is there if you provide your own. I had a specific place for this style, and it fit the bill.

Very useful and works fine with Decora outlets
This adapter is very handy. Having the six outlets on the two sides allows for low profile installations.The spacing of the two plugs is compatible with a standard duplex Decora outlet (but not a GFCI, which typically have different spacing due to the test and reset buttons.) Note that you won't be able to put a screw through the center of the adapter into the outlet, as Decora outlets don't have a hole there, but there is sufficient retention from the two plugs to hold it in place.It does take a fair amount of force to insert grounded plugs, but I don't have an issue with that as I don't plan to change the setup.

Does the Job
I bought this adaptor to replace a tangles mess of extension cords I have in my bedroom where I have a lamp, a clock, an Echo, and a few other small things plugged into one outlet. I can now remove the 3 extension cords I was using to accomplish what this one device does. Turned 2 outlets into 6. Well worth the price.

Package opened no screw
That package had been opened and there was no screw to screw it to the outlet. It was extremely hard to plug items into once installed.
