I love how this smells & how it holds my baby hair in place! I just wish it was a stronger hold for curly—curly hair! Nevertheless, this product is great especially for little babies of color!

I purchased for my son but I ended up using the product daily for my waves.

This stuff smells soooo good like clean, not ah I’m a perfume gonna kill you smell and feels like lotion. It has the tiniest feel of sticky on the fingers and you feel it in the hair but you don’t really see it, like you would with hair spray or typical mouse. Hair smells pretty good too with the strand I tried. Gave it a four because not sure on the hold but nothing wrong with the product itself

Because of the branding, I decided to try this product. I always find a plethora of products aimed at my daughter but none at my sons.My youngest recently decided to cut his hair short after several years of growing it out. I have to style it for him every morning, and I've been using his older brother's pomade. I don't like the product he's using because it's so sticky. Young King's pomade is quite different. It's more of a cream consistency. I wet his hair a bit, rubbed some of the pomade between my fingers, and ran them through the little guy's hair. It just melted away; how lovely! The best part is that it didn't stick to my fingers like the other product does. I used a comb to style his hair, and the end result is shown in the photo. It has a light citrusy aroma that isn't overpowering. This is a product that I will purchase again.

This is exactly how I opened it up. Lid was barely on. No seal. Big chunk missing. Sucks because it smells good and I was looking forward to its use. Took reference photos in case someone else gets sent the same one again after I return it.

I got this pomade for my grandson. He is 6 years old, and wants to do everything Dad does.I got him this pomade for his very own. He has used it to “slick” his hair down. After I showed him the concept of “less is better”, he’s done a fine job of styling his own hair.It has a scent, but it’s not strong and doesn’t linger around.He’s so young, and there is so much product, this should last him a long time.He’s so proud to do his own hair, he literally struts downstairs for church, all dressed up with his hair done.Great kids pomade!
