How do you wash the cover?

My ac compressor is 30l x 30w x 40h inches. if i order 34w x 34l x 38h inches, will it fit by having the extra w and l make up for the h? thanks!

What is the warranty? Some stitching on my cover is coming undone and the seam is opening after 4 months if use.
