Suberb piece of kit, easy to assemble and use, first class after sales from Kentoktool, any issues they are resolved speedily and without fuss. The machine performs extremely well for a 5.5W machine, a bit slow at times but only to be expected with the power output. I have engraved on a multitude of materials with excellent results, slate, wood, plywood, acrylic, stainless steel, aluminium, leather, glass, ceramic tiles, the list is endless. If you're thinking of mass production this is not for you due to it's speed but ideal for general use and you will not be disappointed with the results.

The media could not be loaded.  I bought my son this machine for Xmas.It didn’t work.When using Laser GRBL to print a pic, The laser went FW/BK easily but juddered going sideways, It didn’t home properly, Would only print out thick squiggly lines As seen at start of video.The GRBL marker moved around picture on screen But laser didn’t seem to move much.Lots of stoppages/errors.LightBurn didn’t work at all.I emailed Kentok the small list of problems I was having and they diagnosed the problems as being a faulty X-axis motor.A week later the new X.. motor and new bracket arrived.Laser is now working perfect, it homes and cuts off as should and doesn’t make any Bad noises as heard at start of my video.I’m using a old laptop and using LightBurn (which now works) for a project and haven’t had any issues working the machine with it.The Facebook Kentok group is worth joining for tips or advice.I’m really happy with Kentok customer service and cannot fault the engraver.I used the “Splice” app to make my video as can only upload 1 video on review.

Got it for my lady as a gift, she loves it hasn't stopped using it, the only downside is the software that comes with it, not user friendly at all, decided on third party software which has made the machine so much easier to navigate and use !!! Great for budding hobbiests!! With amazing results !!

Updated review.: I gave the product 5 stars initially however Since purchase encountered issues and felt needed to update to one star.Have been learning the ropes and was having no issues at all cutting 3mm poplar and birch ply then from no where the damn thing will not cut, no settings changed, no wood changed, its been cleaned, I have treid everything to no avail, contacted customer services as I believe the laser has lost power and is faulty but omg customer services make you jump through hoops they expect videos and parameters i have no idea what they are talking about, just going round in circles with them and no resolution met, it's under warranty so all they need to do is replace it but they refuse to unless I send them a whole load of stuff, I've had enough and will be contacting Amazon direct to sort this now. This product is fine if working well but the aftercare is nonsense. Hence the update to one star.Easy to build, good quality but the software is quite difficult to get your head around if you have never used one before. You tube videos helpBut if your looking for great customer service avoid!

I bought this a couple of weeks ago and was really excited. The package arrived and I opened it up but, unfortunately you have to partly build it yourself. After that you need to install a software (laserGRBL if that's what you want to use and don't want to pay) on your computer that (according to it) could harm it. This software is easy to do but, the quick function buttons on the bottom are a nightmare.Now once the install is complete. You need to calibrate the zero point on the laser.. now. If you haven't set your zero point sensor properly, it will just send you an error code. Try undoing the screws for the sensor and moving it all the way back, and do the screws up. Now remember!!! When you're engraving, a lot of parameters will determine how your project comes out.If it's wood? Then the thinner the wood, the slightly less power you need to engrave. On thin wood supplied I tried a maximum laser power of 350. Bear in mind that 1000 is 100%, so 350 will be 35%.And go from there...Next to engraving speed there's an icon that looks like a book. Click that and it'll help you.And from there it gets easier. I hope this was helpful and enjoy your engraving.

Absolutely brilliant piece of kit! Within a few hours you can work your way around your laser software of choice. The machine itself is excellent! Do enough research on your materials first and the engraving world is your oyster! Excellent seller, fast delivery 👌🏻

Es muy fácil de trabajar software din problemas hasta ahí todo bienLo que no me gustó que no me di cuenta que tienes una gran capacidad de movimiento y solo admite 130 x 130mm lo veo ridículo

In der Vergangenheit habe ich mir bereits eine Lasergraviermaschine gekauft, welche ich auch regelmäßig nutze. Nun habe ich mir vorgenommen, dass ich mich noch tiefer in die Materie einarbeite und auch kleine Aufträge aus dem Familien- und Freundeskreis annehmen möchte. Daher habe ich mich nach einer Ergänzung für Anfänger umgesehen und dabei dieses optimale Gerät für meine Anforderungen gefunden.Die Maschine wird in einem kompakten Karton geliefert und beinhaltet neben den Einzelteilen der Maschine auch viel Zubehör wie die Schutzbrille, Datenkabel oder sogar auch zwei kleine Holzplatten zum Gravieren. Viel wichtiger ist jedoch die Anleitung, die ich gut geschrieben finde. Auch die Montage ist bestens erklärt, sodass ich alleine nur etwa 30 Minuten für den Zusammenbau gebraucht habe. Ich würde mir jedoch unbedingt Zeit lassen und die Montage sorgfältig vornehmen, da das Gerät natürlich so präzise wie möglich arbeiten soll.Nach mittlerweile vielen Versuchen und auch guten Ergebnissen habe ich mich mit dem Gravierer angefreundet und die wichtigsten Stärken gefunden.Diese Stärke wird vor allem durch die Vielseitigkeit geprägt, da man durch die hohe Leistung von 50W verschiedene Materialien bearbeiten kann. Dabei kann man Holz, Metall, Glas und Acryl gravieren und teilweise sogar schneiden - ein wirkliches Highlight beim Beobachten mit der Schutzbrille, wie präzise der Laser arbeitet.Auch sehr zufrieden bin ich mit der großzügigen Gravurfläche von 400x400mm. So kann man auch große Projekte und Vorhaben starten, was den Einsatz noch flexibler und variabler gestaltet.Dabei sollte man jedoch immer darauf achten, dass der Laser vor allem für das Auge eine große Gefahrenstelle ist. Daher also immer die mitgelieferte grüne Brille aufsetzen. Leider ist nur eine Brille enthalten. Wenn man weitere Personen mitwerkeln lässt, sollte man sich unbedingt weitere Schutzbrillen kaufen.Die Einstellung des Lasers ist durch den Fixfokus einfach und gelingt in wenigen Sekunden. Da die Genauigkeit der Einstellung auch gut ist, kann man schnell und auf einfache Art und Weise saubere und vor allem hochpräzise Gravuren und auch Schnitte erreichen.Bei der Auswahl an Vorlagen und Bildern sind im Grunde keine Grenzen gesetzt. Viel wichtiger ist aber die Verwendung der Software, die man dann auch so gut wie möglich beherrschen sollte. Ansonsten kann man die vielen Möglichkeiten, die solch eine Gravurmaschine ermöglicht, nicht ausschöpfen. Dafür gibt es zahlreiche Videos auch im Internet, sodass man sich auch ohne direkte Unterstützung gut in dieses Gebiet einarbeiten kann. Es lohnt sich definitiv!Mein Fazit:Mit dieser Lasergravurmaschine von Kentoktool bin ich doch sehr zufrieden, da die Qualität einfach stimmt und man dadurch sehr präzise Ergebnisse erhält. Die Montage und auch die Bedienung mittels Software ist gut. Der Geräuschpegel ist ertragbar, durch den Lüfter ist halt ein gewisser Pegel vorhanden. Dennoch ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stark, weshalb ich gerne fünf Sterne vergebe.

Ho acquistato da pochi giorni questo incisore laser, il pacco arrivato puntuale e ben imballato. Esaminando i vari componenti su nota una buona qualità di esecuzione, tuttavia durante il montaggio mi sono accorto di alcuni errori di progettazione/esecuzione. Le scale graduate laterali sono del tutto inutili, sono state serigrafate in una posizione sbagliata rispetto all'area di taglio. Ho invertito la sinistra con la destra ed ho dovuto anche forare/filettare i nuovi fori per il fissaggio dell'interruttore di fine-corsa. Ora le scale corrispondono all'area di taglio ma purtroppo sono rovesce, dove dovrebbe essere 0 c'è 400 e viceversa. Comunque, poco di male, non le userò in ogni caso.Un altro problema, più grave, ho riscontrato sulla staffa verticale sulla quale si avvita il laser. Anzi, li i problemi sono 3:1. I fori sulla staffa non coincidono perfettamente con i 3 fori filettati sul laser. Ho dovuto ovalizzare il foro superiore per riuscire a montare il laser.2. La regolazione in altezza del laser non funzionava correttamente, verso la posizione bassa si bloccava. Misurando con calibro ho visto che le 2 colonnine di scorrimento non erano parallele a causa di fori in posizione sbagliata, tra la posizione alta e quella bassa c'era una differenza di circa 1 mm. Ho smontato il tutto e sistemato i fori, ora il tutto scorre perfettamente.3. Misurando con una squadra risultava che la testa laser non era perpendicolare al piano di taglio, si vedeva ad occhio nudo che era storta. Smontato il tutto un'altra volta e messo una rondella di giusto spessore sulla vite con l'eccentrico. Ora la testa è perfettamente perpendicolare.Terminato il montaggio ed aggiustamenti (che comunque hanno richiesto una mezza giornata) ora la macchina è pronta. Ho fatto una veloce verifica con LightBurn e tutto mi sembra che funzioni molto bene. Il raggio laser è davvero sottilissimo e questo dovrebbe aiutare molto per tagliare materiali con i 5,5W di potenza luminosa dichiarata.

Super produit, mon premier graver laser ! Très polyvalent, j'ai fait quelques erreurs au début, mais on apprend vite. Rapide à monter, ordinateur obligatoire pour utiliser le graver.
