this display is truly Mesmerizing!! the Wife and I can sit for hours just watching the different designs and patterns this LED can product. This makes for a different wall decoration. It can be customized through the app to show everything from color changes to noise activated designs k=making for a unique wall art during a party, never showing the same design twice. If you are into LED, unique art designs or are just looking for something new you will love this, No everyone will LOVE this !!!!I hope this helps you in making your decision easier

The media could not be loaded. I used three of these for a peacock parade float, everything worked very smoothly. It’s well suited for use with a usb battery pack, there is a cord that has a usb connector on one end and the 5V barrel connector on the other that goes straight into the control unit. I ran two of these off of a 40,000ma cell phone battery for about 3 hours and it went down about 40%, the power usage will depend upon the lighting program.There are a large number of lighting options in the app, but it’s not customizable, so there will be lots of options you won’t find. I wanted a blue and white pattern that flowed out and was able to find that.To mount it I drilled a hole in the middle and that was fine.

It looks good, but when I put it together for the 4th of july I could not get it to shoot up red,white,and blue.

After assembling the lights it worked and looked great. Came back next night plugged it in and only the input strand would light up. Not worth the money if you only get to plug it in once.

LEDs began wildy flashing and eventually died.. its just stuck to my wall now, afraid of removing it and losing the paint. it was a very cool effect at first

first let me say I bought a set of these and they are fantastic! So I bought another set, this time with 14 offshoots instead of 12. I immediately noticed a major difference in the aesthetic. The new set has all the electronics in the center fully exposed which is ugly. The previous set had a nice white disc that hid everything. The main strand that comes up from the floor plugs into the center piece backwards!! So I had to twist the part the plugs into the center disc. Well, they didn't work properly. I had to take the whole this down to return it and it ripped loads of paint and drywall off!!! Now I have to figure out how to fix my wall!!! I'm obviously not happy about that. With my replacement set I will text it all out before fixing it to the wall and would advise anyone that's buying this to do the same. When the lights work properly, they are beautiful!

The media could not be loaded. We built a structure from plywood to attach the led light strips. Great results. Only COMPLAINT: the USB cable was defective and I had to replace it immediately. Contacted sell but have never heard any reply. NOT good customer service.

In looking back I should have ordered outdoor lights ..but those are holding up nicely
