Hidden gem for Grado owners
I personally own a wide range of Grado headphones from SR80 to RS2E using the entire range of Stock ear cushions to the L Cush. Of all the 3rd party cushions made for Grado products, this one is so far the best I have tried.Of all the 3rd party ear pads I have tried that fits a Grado style headphones, this is the first one where I can say it clearly beats out the L Cush in improvements to comfort. Sound quality as always depends on your own ears and what kind of setup you have. These cushions really do boost the low end of the sound and push down some of the mids. For those looking for a warmer sound and boosted lows on their Grados then this cushion works wonders. However the boost to the lows are quite one sided and I would say having an equalizer is a must when using these. I find that once your have set the equalizer to your liking the sound is more defined and detailed than with stock or even the L Cush.

These EarPads Ain’t Cheap
These set of Grado Ear Pads definitely ain’t cheap in both meanings. It is quite pricey, however the material and build quality is superb. It feels great and not your normal cheap imitations. The sheepskin is buttery smooth while the velour feels cushy soft and so comfortable around your ears. I use these to DJ mostly and they don’t get super hot or start to cause fatigue when using them for long periods of time. In regards to sound, it will change the character of your Grado Headphones a bit. I use these on SR80E’s. If you like a bit of a light punch on the low end from the norm, it will definitely provide that. This may be a downside depending on taste. While the warmth is still preserved as what you are normally used to on Grado headphones. Lastly the looks are greatly improved in my humble opinion. Totally gives the Grados a more aggressive but still keeping a nostalgic look. In closing, these Dekoni Ear Pads are well worth the money. Just be aware of the look, feel, and sound you are going for. I may update the review depending on it’s durability. It does look like it won’t suffer from flaking off too easily like most stock headphone ear pads made with fake leather. Be easy.

Comfortable but kill quality
I got the sheepskin variant. They are extremely comfortable and well made. Very easy to install. However, these pads will change the sound signature of your Grado phones entirely. Most notable to me was a bass increase and an added muddiness to highs that I had a hard time accepting. In the end I went back to an over ear pad but your mileage might vary.

I THINK IT WILL LAST LONG ENOUGH.
SEEMS TO BE MADE GOOD. I THINK IT SOUNDS ABOUT LIKE STOCK PADS.

Disappointing
Many people feel that the pads made by Grado and supplied with the SR325x headphones are uncomfortable to wear for long periods. I don't totally agree with this assessment, but they are not the most comfortable I've used. I heard about Dekoni earpads and decided to give them a try. They are very well made, relatively easy to install and superbly comfortable. There's just one problem. They alter the sound of the Grados to something muddy, ill defined and generally disappointing. This was apparent after only a couple of minutes. Grados, and this is not my first pair, have a distinct sound signature. These pads destroy that. Not acceptable. I returned them. Regrettably because I wanted to like these pads very much, but they are non starters.

Muddy Mess
They look good and they feel good but they make a muddy mess of SR60X

READ AND HEED THE BAD REVIEWS!!!
These pads made my sr-80s sound like a soupy mess. When you could hear bass, it was undefined and weak. Treble was so sharp it was uncomfortable. I couldn’t even finish to an entire song. I decided to return them in less than 5 minutes.UPDATE: Instead of returning the pads, I burned them in my backyard fire pit. I decided I would rather have revenge than my money back.

Finally, a fix for uncomfortable Grados
I can tolerate using my Grado SR60x headphones for a while due to their light weight, but as a glasses wearer I found the GW100x to be intensely uncomfortable. After trying virtually every pad I could find, these were the only ones that I can actually use without pain, which is no great surprise since I use Dekoni velour pads on my HIFIMAN and Sennheiser headphones as well. I was skeptical about converting Grados into over-ear headphones, but aside from the somewhat odd look it works fine, and the pure velour version definitely does not ruin the sound.
