This is definitely a quality miniature kit for the price. It arrived neatly packaged with easy to follow instructions and a thorough parts map. There were also extra parts included for the much smaller pieces (beads, metal findings, book titles, etc.), and plenty of the colored/textured paper to recut in case of mistakes or mismeasuring. For those of us not used to measuring in millimeters, this is important. The tools included worked well for the level of detail. I do recommend using two types of glue as appropriate: superglue and scrapbooking/photo glue.It's a very attractive display piece when complete. Small enough for a work desk or night stand, and the lighting has a warm effect.

This is fun and relaxing

I bought this to help display my mini acrylics. I haven't done a model before but it turned out alright. It doesn't come with glue. I bought some super glue and some craft glue for certain pieces. I had to also get more red thread for the tassels. The wire work wasn't my strength and it would take to much space, so I didn't make the tree, but it was included. I also didn't use the lights, grass, or real rocks that were included. It was nice that you could customize it a little. There was no painting involved and it does come with extra fabric for those like me who messed up a couple times. :) The figures inside are about 2.5 inches tall if that helps with scale. Mine came with the dust display case.

The quality of wood is fine and some of the cut outs are fine but upon building a bit further I noticed that the cut offs you need are literally printed on the same page, and then a different set of cut outs on the second page. Which means there's literally no way to do this kit. The measurements are done in mm not cm which I find ridiculous and the paper cut outs came ripped and damaged. I absolutely hate this kit.
