***UPDATE*** We actually used the bottle cutter and tried it out this past weekend. Honestly we were really impressed on how well it cut. I was just slightly disappointed because there were no rubber rings to use to secure where the cutter was going to cut the bottle, like said it was included. In conclusion we canceled the return and plan on doing a lot more bottle cutting!!We had ordered this electric bottle cutter to start doing some crafting. We were so excited when it had arrived yesterday. However, after opening the actual box of the bottle cutter; we were baffled on the appearance of it. It was like someone used it once or even twice and then returned it and shoved it back into the box! Nothing was properly wrapped up in bubble wrap and/or properly packaged. I looked at it, took a picture of it and submitted a request to send back. Is this seriously how things get packaged now??

Works like a charm. And while the water dripper is mildly annoying, it is effective. Just be warned the sprays water (and therefore glass dust filled water) EVERYWHERE!Only negative was the motor housing was cracked on arrival, but the motor works fine.

The product had an issue after one day of use and numerous attempts of reaching the vendor directly and subsequently through Amazon remained unanswered. The vendor then left Amazon and as a customer you are then stuck with an unsupported product.

Be sure your work spece has a place to hand water bottle, l cut hose to shorten it, l also used painters tape to hold tube in place against motor. Cuts bottle perfectly if you take your time, wear an apron and put up a wall, water will spray even with guard. Down side, replacement blades, no sizing on box or bag they come in

I was a little concerned when I saw that this item is frequently returned (after I had purchased it) I wasn't sure what to expect but it works well even on thick glass bourbon bottles. It just takes some time and patience to make the score lines. I'm definitely keeping it.

This thing is no joke. It's literally so easy to cut bottles open and into cups. I recommend keeping the bottle full of water until the bottle fully cuts. That way it doesn't crack. Also you might want to get extra blades

Directions not cut square bottles as described and blade does last long.

I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the quality of this cutter. But I will soon need additional replacement blades. Has anyone found a good option for additional blades?
