The device always becomes offline. I’ve tried switching off and on. It didn’t help. I’m very unhappy about the product.

Good clear camera images
We use this in our house facing out towards our front door. Long cord allows us to connect to plug in and easily reach several windows. Easy hanging options. Night vision is very good and with a little light from the porch it is excellent. The playback feature is easy to use. Good value.

Even with the slight 3 second delay from actual event to phone alert, the video quality is so good you can't really complain!We have a ring camera as well and this wyze is better by FAR. the ring misses so many of our Amazon package deliveries that the wyze catches its insane. And the video quality and options on the wyze app compared to the ring is better in my opinion as well.Now, the one draw back is that the wyze will alert you for everything. Minor bugs that fit around the camera view. Light inflection, etc so the alerts can be a bit much to take. But I'd rather have a camera that picks up all of those things, than a camera that misses the important stuff.We're going to order a few more for outdoors as well as use one for a nanny cam. This is priced better than any baby monitor on the market, with better quality. We will just get a separate baby sound machine. You can't beat this for the price at all!Now, one
