Held up against 3.5 weeks of travel, packed to the brim
I filled this clothes, electronics, toiletries, cat toys, and more, and took a 3-and-a-half week trip with it. Some days it stayed at a hotel, but most days it was with me, carrying the entirety of my possessions. It held up extremely well, and the included rain cover for it came in handy when the sky opened up. After all, cats aren't good with things getting wet.I will say that it held slightly less than I expected, given the reviews I'd heard. I needed compression cubes to make sure all my items fit neatly, and didn't have much room for souvenirs to take home. (Which is maybe a benefit to my wallet.) So my advice would be, if possible, to see the pack in person before buying to get an idea of whether 55 L is right for you. There are also not many external pockets. The ones that are there (a clip-up pocket on the back, a couple water bottle pouches, and some small zip pockets in the waist straps) are very handy, but it would be great to have a few more just for easy access to things. One that goes between the pack and my back would also be. great for securely storing things like wallets or passports. One other issue I encountered is if the right-side strap was tightened much, it would dig a bit into my ribcage in certain positions. Didn't have that problem on the left side, though.Overall, a solid A-. Would recommend.

Great backpack
I used the backpack on a 3-day hiking trip. It's very comfortable, no complains.

Fantastic hiking pack for multiple days camping!
This is an awesome pack. I had a Teton 55L backpack, but decided to try this one, as I was feeling a nerve pinching with my old pack. This one was awesome! No pain! 55lb load for multiple days camping on the beach. Hiked 5+ miles in and 5+ miles back. I decided on the Gregory brand because I have a Gregory Daypack that is fantastic and my friend took a Gregory on the Camino del Santiago and it worked well! I also like the Gregory bladder system, which has a great quick release (compatible with both of my packs). Long story short, I highly recommend this pack. I bought it on sale for under $200… great value!!
