Don't buy unless you own an iPhone
Earbuds would not sync to my phone, and I own an Android phone. Also when returning the product, they made me pay for shipping.

They only work one at a time in the ear.
These are useless. I would give it a zero if i could. The sound only works with one earbud at a time. I followed the directions and thought that maybe one of the buds were broken, but it would give me the "power on" pairing notification.I placed both buds in my ears. I took the working bud out and the non-working bud started to play. Eureka! I fixed it, I thought, until I put the original bud back in my ear and the second one cut off again. WTF? I repeated this practice over and over again. Alternating buds, removing one bud, then the other and it happened in both ears. These things are extremely defective. DO NOT BUY!I read the manual and it does not address this issue at all. I will search YouTube for assistance, and will update and change the grade if they supply a fix. Otherwise stat away from these buds.

These work as advertised. If you choose the right buds they stay in my ear just fine, even on the treadmill or while doing plyometrics. I get about 3-4 hours of usage out of the battery and the charger is pretty good as well. I like that I can use the charger to charge the ear buds and my phone at the same time. Once less thing to carry around. The range is pretty good - about 20-30 feet which is typical for bluetooth. Connecting is very easy -- you just press the power button while one is off and hold it for 5 seconds. It pairs right away. The only issue it I can't have it paired to my laptop and phone at the same time. I need to actually "forget" the last one I used or else it is always looking for either the laptop OR the phone so swapping between phone/laptop is sometimes a process. The quality is so/so and not as good as the nicest wired ear buds on the market (Bose, etc.) but these are much better than the cheap-o ones you would buy in line at the grocery store. Overall good for the price and convenience of no wires.

I loved them though for the time I used them
After first charge, the box for charging them stopped working. I contacted the company and they sent a new one immediately. Unfortunately that one only worked once. They do charge well on the plug charger they give you. My phone got restored and I haven't been able to pair them again. I loved them though for the time I used them. They are not sweat proof.
