Beautiful, light is very bright, installation is hard but worth it

Usually, I'll read reviews that complain about difficult assembly, and entirely dismiss the sentiment. "Must be a rookie," I'll think, and usually, the actual install is pretty easy, if not necessarily straightforward.In this case, trust the reviewers. The install is an absolute bear. Our wires were so impossibly tangled that we had to remove the fixture - after a rather fraught install onto a 16-foot ceiling - and untangle the wires.Those wires... After trying, and giving up, to untangle them, I was forced to undo almost all of them from their metal clips, and untangle once detached. This worked out perfectly well.Here are the tips you need to know :If you're buying this, it's likely going on a cathedral ceiling. You can't be on a crazy high ladder, hold the fixture, and do the wiring at the same time.Grab an s hook, hang it from the mounting arm, and hang the fixture (by one of the screw holes,) on itMy light had us wiring (black, white, ground.) no funky euro wiring clip or colors. If yours does, though, brown to black, blue to white, yellow/green to ground.I was able to turn my fixture mount to an "x" instead of square with the walls, and that way was able to connect it to a standard mounting box, which I felt much happier with versus just anchors.***untangle the wires before mounting it! ***The wire lengths are easily adjusted once mounted ( use a fingernail) so don't adjust the heights until the last step.

OK this was just set up with no adjustments it looks really bright not too hard of a set up I did have a professional electrician help me the wires need to be untangled before you put it up . I put a dimmer on it even though these LEDs are not rated for dimming. Just so you keep it above 30% it really was not blinking .

The media could not be loaded. The lamp carries a two-year warranty. One of the light rings on ours began to strobe at about eighteen months. We contacted the company, Royal Pearl, who responded within two days. They requested a video, which was sent. They never responded after that. While we enjoyed having this very unique chandelier, it was extremely disappointing Royal Pearl did not stand by their product or honor their warranty.

it's a good looking lighting and brighter than I thought!

Be advised, this is NOT the dimmable version - despite what the description says.I contacted the company, and they ignored my plea to return and refund, only offered a partial refund of $59. Any request I made other than what they suggested, was ignored. I am not expecting a free light - but I would like the correct one. They have made no real effort to correct this situation; they stated they will have the description updated.is it beautiful? yes. is it a giant PITA to set up? also yes.We did ok, we were prepared for the difficulty and maintained a calm attitude throughout the install - that definitely helped.I am just absolutely gutted at the lack of customer service. We are willing to take this one down, and go through the ordeal of another install - but Royal Pearl isn't listening to us.

I don't know what I did wrong but 3 of the images you see are what you get when you pull it straight out of the box and up onto your ceiling. I read the other reviews about tangling wires so I was very careful about lifting it directly out without twisting. What a mess! It figured itself out when I pulled it back down and pulled the box part back through the tangled mess (as you can see from the fourth pic). Easy install and looks good but take heed from other reviewers and don't be in a hurry to install it.

It's even better than expected. I mounted in a "uneven" way and it's stunning. I used a professional installer, but at the end of the day the installation is not hard.

Due to pandemic and logically reasons my renovation project was delayed. So the lamp wasn’t put into place until 6 months later. My wife was excited to completion of our project with the installation , but unfortunately the lamp did not function as Hope.With a few simple emails with this seller, I was able to get a full refund for my purchase.I’m very satisfied with how they managed my concerns and delivered on their warrantee promise.
