First, I received a USED instead of a new hairdryer, which was disappointing.The dryer has it's positives and not so positives.Cons:The attachments fit only vertically, unlike how we normally use them (e.g. we would fit them horizontally as it's easier when styling the hair). You cannot adjust the angle at all. That makes it hard when one needs to direct the air flow in the direction of the hair length.Only one button operates the heat and the speed.First heat setting is Cold air, which in my view is useless as you have cool air shot button.The statement " Say farewell to the normal dry and rough hairstyles" then showing great smooth hairstyle is false advertising.Pros:Lighter than normal professional hairdryers.Quieter than my old professional hairdryer, although not ultra-quiet as advertised.It did Ease the frizz. My hair is not frizzy for a first time after trying this hairdryer! I had other ionic hairdryers but my hair always ended up being very frizzy.Much, much faster drying times than my previous very powerful pro hairdryers.

I’ve only given it 4* because of the awkwardness of trying to use the attachments, otherwise, it would have been 5*. The plus points: it’s powerful, lightweight and small enough to pack easily into your travel bag. It also gives me beautiful smooth hair which I struggle to get with previous‘normal’ hairdryers. The downside: when you use one of the attachments you have to twist it into place to secure the nozzle. Unfortunately, the place the nozzles sits is completely the opposite of how I would use it. The only way is to hold it at such an angle it’s just not practical to style my hair like this. Such a shame as it could be a great product for the price.

Great but noisy. I have hair that if left naturally will curl and I wanted a dryer with a diffuser for this reason. It works great but also the comb attachment works brilliantly instead of using my straighteners. Drys my very thick shoulder length hair really quickly which is a miracle in itself. Long cord length, quite top heavy, great price. Leaves hair with a nice shine.

Powerful, dries my fine hair quickly. I like it’s design and not too heavy. Cool shot option is great and helps improve shine on my fine bob hair. Use it every 2 days

We've had a lot of hairdryers and being a curly girl this one dries my curls lovely. Would recommend to anyone.
