Perfect solution. Easy to use, works great for back pain

The product suddenly stopped working after a few uses for no reason. I only lightly used it a couple of times but then it stopped working when I tried to use it again. The screen is working but other than that it is not functioning anymore. Wanted to request to return the item but was so busy when I finally got the time, the app says that I missed the return closing time. I think those devices should be under an extended warranty period to assure that it is functional and doesnt stop working for no reason after a few uses.

I was using Icy Hot Smart Relief Hip & Back for the last couple years. I have 2 units and have maintained with battery changing and refill pads. I have intense lower back and sciatic pain almost every day. I was having terrible finding refills. I guess they don’t make them anymore.Feeling annoyed that the only pack of 2 refil pads I could find were being sold for the ridiculous price of $52, i searches for an alternative. The belt arrived early yesterday afternoon. Let me tell you. Everything about this was easy. I didn’t read the instructions to wet the electrodes. I used it dry at first and was so pleased at the variety of settings. The intensity changes with the cycle. I’m excited to try the different cycles. It offered almost immediate relief. It’s also very comfortable. Although it’s not discrete like the icy hot tens, it’s way more effective and covers a much bigger area! Excellent product! Worth every penny!

I have been hoping to find a tens belt like one I had for a number of years for which I could no longer find replacement pads. I am so happy to have found the Beurer belt to use for pain in my lower back due to several issues with my lumbar spine!!! It is so wonderful not have to use those sticky pads that the old belt had. I am also glad that this belt came with an extension section for those of us who need a larger size. Thank you for making this BELT that helps to relieve the chronic pain I suffer with daily and will enable me to do things without medication, which does not help that much anyway.

difficult to use especially for elderly. The product design makes sense because its a belt and theoretically should be easy to use. However, the electronic control is the most cumbersome and frustrating piece of machinery. The worst part is that the control unit has to be on the belt while it is working! Just imagine you are trying to use directions on your belt buckle while your belt is on. Furthermore your belt buckle is over to the left so you have to see past your left breast to see the instructions on your belt buckle. NOT! I purchased this for my elderly mother hoping it would be easy to slip on the belt and go--but no way! I would have returned it if I wasn't so busy taking care.
