The only hair color I need
I prefer this brand to other root touch-up products. This particular color is perfect for my hair and I use it to create an ombre look by taking the color beyond the roots to about halfway down the length of my hair. No expensive professional appointments needed!

Didn't cover grays
This product did NOT cover my grays at all. Very disappointed.

I have used 2 of these (#0 71249164495) (12HDNB) that did not color my roots at all. Was this an expired product?
