Just installed these on my balcony. They're easy to assemble and look great. Trimming them to size, however, was difficult for me. I'm not sure if it was the right tool, but I bought and learned to use a mini circular saw. It wasn't quite precise enough, but that could certainly be user error. Instructions on how to best cut the tiles would have been most helpful.

These were easy to install and the finish was worth it. When one of my boxes of squares were defected the exchange was not a hassle.

Love these! I had a small issue but contacted them directly and they were so nice and understanding. Went above and beyond to remedy the situation. I purchased 2 boxes and will be buying more!!!

The media could not be loaded.  Love these! I use them instead of a rug on my patio! Non slip, cute, and easy cleaning!These are water and weather proof.

These look pretty good, and go really well with the patio area where I'm assembling. However, they're not 12"x12", they're 11 7/8". Picky, picky picky. Well, that adds up. So what should have covered 10' of ugly patio leaves an inch or so of uncovered base beneath. Just so ya know... I think they should probably get a coat of something truly water sealant if you're going to use them in a really wet environment. They just have a lightly oiled surface. They don't "Snap" together, they just mate, peg into hole, unlike the video shows. I found that cutting the outer rings off with a wire nipper worked, when you need it to end against a surface, but wish I had something more efficient. I used a jigsaw to cut to fit intruding corners.

Very disappointed in this product and will be returning. We installed this on our 140 sq ft patio (ie 14 boxes) and were initially satisfied despite there being manufacturing errors in terms of wood slats not aligning properly for some tiles. However, after one rain several wood slats started swelling and warping from the moisture. Now there are several slats sticking up and out, presenting a tripping / injury hazard. Long story short, the product advertisement is misleading, as these tiles are definitely NOT waterproof.

Picture shows one box, 10 pieces. I definitely will purchase more for broader coverage. Looks great and works nicely on my outdoor sun sanctuary.

I like the wooden design.Connecting it can be a puzzle sometimes, since not all corners have the connecting tabs.Good to make a section of your patio or workout station some upgrade.It's good and easy to install than stepping on plain dirt.I believe regular maintenance, cleaning is required. There was a storm/harsh sun seem to make mine fade a bit.I've seen some people use these for their shower.
