I deleted my positive review from last year because now the card no longer works. I can’t send or receive calls, texts, or use data. I made sure I had plenty of money on the account and my phone is set up properly. The service just doesn’t work anymore. I contacted customer service who ignored me. I emailed, called and used their website to contact them and nothing. They are now happily using my money while I’m unable to use their service. Thankfully I paid via PayPal and will file a grievance with them once I get home from my trip. I can only write this review thanks to hotel WiFi. Do NOT get this card, beware!

Used 2 in 2 different phones while on vacation in Canada so we could get in touch with each other if seperated.They did work but it was very confusing and my parents couldn't figure it out. They give you a phone # when install sim but when you called or texted they show up on caller ID as a different #. You couldn't just reply to a text without having to enter the original phone number to send a response. My parents are older and not good with there phones to begin with and couldn't figure it out so we ended up not using them. Make sure you tell the person your going to be calling that the caller ID will not show the phone # you were assigned!

I have tried testing sms and phone calls and everything went well. I have yet to try the data because it is quite expensive but I believe it should work as opposed to some other reviewers woes because they either didn't set the APN correctly or turned on their data before they start using the sim card. I guess the best advise is to turn off the data usage before you insert the sim card for activation to prevent using the data unknowingly and wipe out all your credits.

I was unaware that I needed my Apple ID to use this card so, since I didn't have it, I was unable to use it on my vacation. I am saving it for the next time I go overseas. Hopefully I will be better prepared.

Works well - the only thing the data connection is not all that great. Otherwise, the sim car is worth it when it comes to calling.

We bought speeek cards to use in our unlocked phones for a trip to Paris. The cards came with $8 worth of credit, so we thought they would work well for emergencies. After arriving, we made a few calls and sent a few texts. We then used data to get directions via Google maps. That was our $8. We did not even get to request an Uber to get to the hotel.The card worked, but if buying, it would be good to make sure you understand how much is charged for various uses. We ended up abandoning the cards and renting a mobile wifi hotspot instead, which I would highly recommend.

Actually worked as advertised.Need to set up up APN (a little technical for some, but instructions were clear).Worked both in Canada as well as India.A little pricey for me for regular use, but as an emergency/low usage case, it worked out great!

I tried to use this several times for international calling today I am receiving a message sim card is not good , ask me to format it .please refund my money , you will see that I never successfully used it, a full refund and tell me where to send this trash
