Starport Foods Crispy Seasoning Batter, Vegetarian, 5 LB (80 OZ)

This is my go to batter in my kitchen. I coat a variety of meats in this. It's great for fish and any meat I want to make oriental stir-fry with. It's a lightweight mix that just perfectly coats the meat and I cook it in a little oil and add in some veggies. Perfect for many dinners. The big bag lasts a long time too.

Makes delicious, crispy golden brown bits, what ever you are frying. I recommend you first use an egg wash and then put the bits in the batter then put the remaining bits on a rack. Once the excess batter falls off put into the preheated oil.
