Been using these knives for a while now and I'm still impressed. They are a good weight and the stand is sturdy and looks good on the counter.They don't stay sharp so you will need to get a sharpener. Would've been improved of the stand sharpened them.

After about a year I started noticing rust on the knives, the only reason I would not recommend them.

Il est cependant dommage que le pack ne comporte pas d'affuteur de lame car il faudra tôt ou tard aiguiser les lames qui perdront de leur tranchant au fil du temps.
