I should have read the product better. The shell ingredient for the capsule is gelatin which isn’t vegan. Just a heads up for any one that doesn’t want that

I have been on a weight loss mission for almost three years. Have been able to drop weight with better eating habits and exercise. A friend told me about CLA after reading reviews I ordered this product. I measured myself before starting the product. I noticed that I needed to reorder so I measured myself again. I was more concerned with my midsection by my belly button and what I call my baby pouch. I have lost a total of 4 inches!! This product defiantly works and is worth buying!!!

This product did not work for me the way I wanted it to but the customer service staff at PureNutria were very helpful. The offered to send me a full refund since I was not completely satisfied with the product.

This product is AMAZING, I only started using it on a Friday at 180 pounds & by Sunday I'm 177 pounds. There was no side effects, great appetite suppressant.
