Size to cooling capacity
The indoor unit is very compact and outdoor unit is very big. Cooling is awesome. Daikin provides the most energy efficient air conditioners with highest iseer ratings.

No one turned up to install the AC ...
It's pathetic that you buy such an expensive AC and no one turned up to install the AC despite booking a slot, taking a location pin etc. When I called, I was first told there was no slot booked. When I cross questioned, he said, yes,yes, someone will show up today! This isn't how a booked slot works.

Great but crap Remote Control
The Ac itself proved to be beyond my expectations. Having said that, the remote control provided with the AC is quite crappy. For a brand new remote with new batteries, the buttons require multiple tapping/pressing for it to work. My 8 yrs old Mitsubishi remote still works better. I hope Daikin takes notice of this flawed remote function and replace it. It’s not pegged as a cheap product or even “reasonable” in its segment, I have paid close to 15-16k more than its competition and expected more.

Smart and silent
Nice product serves it purpose. Easy connectivity with smartphone and alexa. Installation by daikin caused some hickups but overall Amazon delivery was great. All in all good product

NEW AC NOT FUCNTIONING
Hi i bought this ac which is of diakin on 13th september 2020. The ac is not working . Im not getting any cool breeze at all it is not functioning at all. I tried the customer service number of daikin to lodge a complain but they are not responding to me at all. I would officially like to place a complain against this. This is my second inverter diakin ac which i purchased this year the first one is working fine . But this one is not cooling at all. I require a solution asap on this at it cost me a lot for it and also as this ac is under one year’s warranty and its been just less than 2 months that im facing huge issues and problem with this ac.
