She has the lego duplo hospital and this is a perfect fit. A very good toy for both boys and girls.

Tell you what, my toddler (almost 3yrs old now) loves to "help" every other toy that falls down and gets "hurt". The rescue helicopter will always be there to help!. That teaches a lesson on helping those who are down, Perhaps we, grown ups should take notice...
