Bought this for my bathroom. Installation went well, but I had a few issues with the drain - not because of this product, but because the sink mold (installed in 1991) wasn't flat. Their customer service was great providing a few recommendations and even sending another drain option. Overall though the faucet was a little too big for the bathroom and the drain was too big for the small bathroom sink.

We initially purchased this faucet for one sink but we needed a smaller flow. A year later we installed on another sick and a leak developed after 2 months. We contacted Jamcoly to explain the problem and they sent a replacement faucet which works perfectly! I will definitely use them again when the need arises.

I installed it on an Amercian Standard 17.5" x 20.5" sink. Quality seemed great - silicon gaskets, well-marked hot and cold lines. 2 problems meant I needed to return it:1) the nozzle is angled just a few (3 - 7 maybe) degrees too far out. Consequently, water splatters from the sink and onto sink users and the wall. That's a no-go. I'd have to warn guests not to turn it on fully to avoid getting wet.2) Once installed, it was too large; out-of-scale with the sink. Sorry - I forgot to take pics.

I tend not to write reviews too early as I like to ensure the product performs adequately over a period of time. However, these faucets are so much better than the name brand ones that I previously had, I decided to let you know my thoughts.I purchased two of these as replacements. Both installs took about 30 minutes each which included removing the old faucet and drain. The install was quite simple and directions were easy to follow. With both kits there were no directions for installing the pop-up drain, however since I have done this before they were a simple install. The faucets look great and the pressure is excellent. I no longer have to wait for hot water to reach the sink as I have in the past. I will purchase two more for my other bathroom as they perform well and look really nice.

Overall the product was delivered on time, in great condition, met the needs for a simple yet sophisticated look. Oil-Rubbed Bronze on two, Brushed Nickel on two.The LOUD water flow with high and low water pressure was the only distinction between the two colors.I truly meant it when I remarked that the customer service was TOP-RATE.Every time, this GREAT seller outperforms in terms of customer service, responding promptly and supplying a pair of replacement Oil-Rubbed Bronze faucets. The Oil-Rubbed Bronze NOT only does it look sleek and modern and the operation feels silky smooth. BRAVO, well done with this Oil-Rubbed Bronze model.
