Sicce SYNCRA Silent Pump #2.0 568 GPH 6.5 FT. Head

I walked into my local store and ask them for a possible Pump to replace my old original pump on the Nuvo Innovative 40g rimless tank. They did not have anything that would fit. However the guy in the store told me "Go with this..."I do not regret the purchase. The setup was a bit tricky because I had to do some new conversion plumping but that was ok at the end.This Pump is very powerful for the 2.0 version and even at low (yes its adjustable), you can get a pretty good flow in your 40g tank.Did I mention its silent? Yes is indeed silent if I compare it to the Original pump that came with the Nuvo Tank. But we all know by now that the Nuvo is not the best in quality... which indeed I regret to have purchased.If you are looking for a Pump that can handle a 40 to 55 Gallon tank, look no further.

These are good pumps , my pipping for my sump has more turns on one return line than the other. The one side still gets the job done but not as much as the one with less turns . I would buy again but the next time I would go with the 3.0 instead of the 2.0 , but I’m definitely satisfied

This pump is high quality but it is not totally quiet. I get a very low pitch hum from resonance. I have 8" of silicone tubing going from the pump to my pvc return line and the pvc still picks up the vibration and amplifies it. I'm using the rubber suction cup feet and have the pump sitting on a silicone pad in the sump. If you have a solution let me know please!Other than that I really like the pump and I'm willing to live with the noise to get a quality pump in this price range.

As I expected this SICCE pump has worked flawlessly since I have purchased it.

Quiet and compact. As long as your return line isn't touching anything, you shouldn't hear this unit running.

Moved the water noisy 14 in of rubber hose very noisy
