Didn't work, returned
Power supply didn't work right out of the box. Weber website was useless in trying to find solution. Gave up and returned. I have had Weber grills before and been very pleased. I expect it was a simple fix -- new power supply lead, perhaps -- but because there was no way of contacting Weber I gave up after a lengthy attempt. Web bit was useless and online service request was handled from USA with first comment that it must be connected to a 110V supply -- despite having a conventional UK 240V plug! I think it;s the service not the unit that was really poor.
