WeberGenesis SX-335 Natural Gas Smart Grill, Stainless Steel

This grill is very well made, classy looking, easy to assemble, and love all the accessories that we can invest in down the road.

The grill is very sturdy heats evenly. The temperature probe and grill thermometer work great. Grill assembly was straight forward, although watching the assembly video may have speed the process up.

I ordered the natural gas model received the propane model which they took three hours. Two people took three hours to assemble and they did everything possible wrong. They pinned the lid in an open position, left plastic on all the parts and tried to tear most of them off, except the lid, obviously, they lost parts during the assembly, which I found later but not the ones I needed to hold the left door onOtherwise, a great product which is useless for my application.

I bought the Weber EX-335 and installed it on August 1st. but the wireless temp monitoring feature was not working with my new 15000mAh power bank.I talked to a couple of their customer support reps, with no resolution for this problem, even though I followed their instructions a few times.I was waiting for a confirmation regarding which power bank will work uninterrupted for a couple of hours to use it for slow roasting.Yesterday I got the answer from Emily D., a Care Specialist from Weber, and she recommended the correct power bank to use with this grill.I really wanted to slow roast pork shoulders in the new grill, not in my kitchen oven, and now I can check the temperature long enough from my phone.After grilling for more than 60 years, I know a thing or two about it, and I don’t use or need temperature control or probes for this.So far grilling with the Weber EX-335 is great, much better than with my retired Perfect Flame, and I expect that my future slow roasting experiences will not be disappointing.PS - Make sure you use one of their recommended power banks!

A little harder to assemble than the grills of the past but very nice looking.

The employee's did a great job except for one item. The ignition starter won't work. I changed batteries but that was no help. What do I do next?

Easy to clean, heavy duty construction and the newer wifi connection to monitor cooks.
