I have a Neiko 3/4" to 1/2" adapter and this Sunex makes the Neiko looks like a baby. The Sunex is huge and strong. I tested it by putting a 3-foot pipe on a 25" 3/4" breaker bar and tried to turn a bolt clamped on the bench vise with a 1/2" 19mm socket. No matter how much force I pulled on the breaker bar neither the bolt nor the adapter gave. I don't think I can ever twist the 1/2" portion off.

Purchased this reducer so that I could use my 3/4" breaker bar with all my 1/2" drive sockets. Comes in handy on drive axle nuts and such. Sunex tools are well made, inexpensive and most are made in Taiwan.

The adapter fit my 3/4" breaker bar and other wrenchs perfectly, with no flex during use and a snug fit for all sockets when attached. You can rest easy this adapter is what you are looking for in price and quality. I have used it numerous times, without incident, leading me to recommend this item to a few mechanics I know that need these types of adapters and do not want to pay the chain store prices. I shopped a few brick and mortor stores looking for this part, and everybody wanted at least $20. When I dediced to check Amazon on my phone before checking out at a store, I realized I almost overpaid by 400%! Thanks again Amazon!

This adapter is well constructed and high quality. This permits me to use a 3/4" breaker bar and obtain more leverage for tough fitting bolts. This is a heavy weight adapter and held up well for my occasional use. I've had great luck with Sunex and I will continue to purchase their products.

I purchased this item by mistake. I failed to properly read the description of a Torque wrench that I purchased, so I purchased this to go along with the torque wrench. Both items had correct description, I just did not pay enough attention. With that being said, it feels very well made. I have not used it and at the moment I have no way of using it.

I occasionally have to use a tool like this at work. I broke three tools similar to this one that I got at Harbor Freight, so I decided to try and get something that will last longer. I have not really had a chance to use it to find out if it will hold up better. The 3/4 inch base section is much thicker, but the other tools kept breaking at the bottom of 1/2 inch drive section.

Broke the 2nd time I used it. I've been waiting on a replacement for about a month

Used it often over a few years; worked great. But the last time I used it, it broke; I over-torqued it. My bad!

Broke the first time I used it....unfortunately past the return date. Don't bother if you are doing heavy work.....just buy something from Snap-on, Mac or Matco....at least you can return it.

Has held up just fine so far. I'm happy with the product.
