I use the engraver for a lot of different projects, I have pushed it to its limits. key is finding the program that best fits your needs. Very happy with this engraver.

Everything was fine until a week in when I was trying to reproduce images on tile that I did previously. nothing had changed. I found out I could not use Wifi or the system would freak out had to use USB and yes I am running Firmware 210 which during the Tech support for that I was asked 4 times.ok, so I'm using USB not Wifi I engraved about 20 tiles and set them up on my website to sell them. Things going well. I sold a few and now it was time to make more I had changed no settings and prepared the tiles in the same way and the results turned out horrible. I must have tried a dozen times and also went to FB for answers but no one had a clue as to why this was happening. I turned to Tech Support I did everything they asked me to do and the conclusion was nothing was wrong. I pointed out that the tests showed something that took 27min before now would take 4 to 5 hours to complete in my eyes that's an issue.I sent in the requested new video of my laser to tech support and during this, the Support Tech decides to leave the company over the direction the company is going. To top it off he closed the support ticket and refuses to help me further even on Facebook. I emailed the person now handling support but I have had no response it's been over a week. To add more insult to this purchase Amazon will return my money but is going to charge me a restocking fee of $120.00 because I had run out of time with the return. I had nothing to do with this They even said an exchange could not be done as well.I'm now between a rock and a hard place no one is actually helping me solve this problem an Amazon is not seeing the big picture here.

J'ai perdu une semaine en recherche pour pouvoir réussir à graver car il y avait des informations pas très justifiées.Lorsque j'ai réussi à graver ce sont des images comme celle-ci qui m'apparaissent. Suite à des contacts avec différents acquéreurs de ce genre de graveur, les avis sont complètement partagés.Donc, comment m'y retrouver? Pour le moment je suis extrêmement déçue.

Ortur factory customer support from the manufacturer is virtually non existent, deferring to a separate tech dedicated to Amazon sales. Expect long wait time.That said, when you sort through the frustration of intermittent connectivity, and lack of plug and play, the 10 Watt Ortur laser is more capable, powerful and faster than a 20 Watt XTool twice as expensive.

Built which was a combo of what it seems to be 2 versions , once found on youtube was a simple construction,One completed come to find out it does not come with the laser , so have to now find a laser that fits , as per the rest the frame ect seems fine but i dont think its worth the price , i feel misled due to not coming with a laser and finding out it is sold seprate
