Wow so idk where to begin, it’s like I have a love hate relationship with this product that’s why I gave a 2 star ⭐️ ⭐️ review.I started wearing this product the day before my period. The end of March, since I get me periods the firsst of every month. It’s been like this for a few years. I put the patch on March 30 or 31st (one of those days). I don’t get my period on the 1st or 2nd. I got my period April 7th! It came about a week late. I brushed it off, and thought nothing of it. I put the patch on again for my upcoming period in may, around the 6/7th since I got it that last time. My period was running late and I had the patch on, it’s been about wnd still no blood. As soon as I took the patch off may 15th my period came the next day on the 16th of may. I was relieved that it finally came but confused and skeptical of these patches before I never ever had a late period. My period was finally over around the 21st. But a week from that date around the 26th I started to bleed again!! And it was mid/slight heavy period blood. I was Soooo confused because u got my period again a week late after it just ended. This never happened before, and I kept bleeding so I decided to put this patch on and the blood stopped. Idk what these patches did to me but it definelty did something to my reproductive and endocrine (hormone) system. Long story short don’t try these unless you’re okay with it messing with your hormones and getting 2 periods in one month.Pro: it definitely reduces the pain and helps me feel less irritated and agitatedUpdate: I’ve bought these 2 more times. And gave them a second chance! Honestly these are amazing, my periods did come a few days later for example I got my period on July 4th and then August 8th. So 4 days later. These help with my cramps, and pms symptoms. I just wish they didn’t make my periods late. But oh well, can’t have everything in life. These balance my hormones soo fell. I use to have butt cramps, fainting spells (look it up), diareah etc. but these are magical!! Also drink pedialyte when taking this if you have bad pms symptoms. It did wonders for me! And reduce sugar intake before and on period! New review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I NEVER write reviews about anything but these little patches are life saving. I have endometriosis and my symptoms around my period can be severe. Severe cramping, bloating, nausea, you name it. I tried these patches thinking how could they possibly make any difference. Ladies, no cramps! I didn’t take one ibuprofen my whole period. I thought maybe that was an anomaly so my next period I tried not to use them and I was right back to miserable. Slapped one on the second day and boom, symptoms gone! Cora have done what my doctors haven’t been able to do and made me comfortable and made my symptoms manageable. No I’m not getting products for a paid review and no I’m not a bot. I’m a real person who is fed up with my uterus being in control once a month.

I thought these would be bogus. I was wrong. I recently got an iud and heard that the first few months were going to be tough so I thought why not try these. I wore one each day for the first two days and forgot to put one on the third day and was in so much pain. Wore one on the fourth day and hardly any cramps/headaches/nausea/bloating Etc.. don’t know why these work so well but wow. Buy them.

I have no idea why the reviews are so mixed on these. Every person that has a period NEEDS to try these. I have never been able to get through a period without OTC painkillers until I found these! My last period I did NOT take any OTC painkillers AT ALL! I typically get bad anxiety, very emotional, terrible cramps and I am SO TIRED! I experienced none of this when I put on a patch the day before my period started. They do actually last through really tough workout sweat and showers! There was no irritation, they are gluten free and I was impressed that even though it was rubbing on my leggings or jeans it NEVER came off even a little! I had energy and I felt really good throughout my whole period. There was one day when I was doing a lot of heavy workout stuff and I had a WHISPER of a cramp- like nothing at all almost but other than that it was amazing. I will never go back to using OTC painkillers that aren’t good for your body or go through a period without these bad boys. You need to at least try these to see if they will work for you too because painkillers aren’t good for you and they don’t even cover all the symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, etc like these things do.

Some of the ingredients are a little bit too potent for me!

I have extremely heavy periods and use cups or discs because I bleed right through tampons. I’m usually in a lot of pain that only prescription strength sodium naproxen can touch and it can take multiple doses to feel any relief. It’s not uncommon for me to feel nausea, vomit, or spend a day or two in bed.These patches work wonders for me! My periods have gotten irregular as I get older, so I just put on a patch the second I start my period. If I already have cramps, I’ll take some sodium naproxen with it but after that I don’t need it. After 6 months of use I’m still shocked how well they work. At most I’ve felt a small twinge of cramps while using the patch, but nothing that is really painful or needed medicine. Like another poster, I tend to put on a new patch around 22 or 23 hours and I leave the old one on for a while. I have no idea why they work so well, but they’re now a requirement in my medicine cabinet.

I use these every month to help relieve period cramps. Adhesive is very strong and the clear color makes me comfortable wearing them all day.
