This is a smallish bottle of oil. The unusual cap requires you to unscrew, remove the lid and there's a tiny hole on the top ready to pour. It pours very messily. So make sure you have tissues or cloth ready to handle the bottle.The oil is thin. I was expecting something thicker as it's listed for massage. But it is absorbed into the skin very easily. For best results add a bit of water or just after showering for the best hydration. I did notice on sensitive areas a slight cooling and fresh feeling which was actually really pleasant on sore or worn muscles.There are lots of beneficial oils listed in this and it has the usual vegan/ cruelty free boasts if that is important to you.The smell is quite noticeable. So use it sparingly or only for one area. There is a eucalyptus aroma which if you use your hands to apply and don't wear gloves you will smell for most of the day.Good quality. Recommended. Its an amazing massage oil, I have muscular back pain and I find if I put this on my back 3 times a day, it relieves a lot of the pain and I now get through the day so much better. Highly recommend and I will be buying this again

I have been using this oil to massage my problematic knee and am really pleased with the overall results. I like the scent, the oil absorbs into my skin easily and does seem to alleviate my aches and pains. A small amount goes a long way and I am happy to recommend.

No flip cap like most bottles, cheap looking bottle, oil ok , I’ve used a few in my time as a qualified beautician who studied massage 🙏
