This is the worst item I have ever purchased from amazon. My daughter has only been in class for two months and the backpack is completely broken. The thread must be old because it came loose, the leatherette frayed and the main zipper stopped working.

Absolutely fantastic bag! My daughter loves it and I love it even more. Winter requires so many things to go into a backpack and it’s just to heavy for littles. This bag is the absolute answer!! I even went ahead and got myself one (adult size and in black).Fits her lunch box, snow pants, gloves, hat, scarf, and school work!!! Has been really durable so far (we live in Canada so has been through tons of snow and salt). Contents are never wet! Run don’t walk! Fantastic product

Nice bag, the only two problems I had with it, one when they drilled the screw holes to attach the handle to the base they don’t line up so I had to make new holes. Two, the way the handle pushes out the straps to the sides when it’s extended kinda awkwardly. Otherwise it’s not bad and a good size lunch bag, but the pencil case is a bit small.. (not a big deal anyway since my 6 year old will probably put anything other then pencils in it lol)

Ordered this trolly backpack because my child likescto drag it across the ground. Ordered thinking it had wheels like described but came with no wheels.
