The quality is good for the price. I have sensitive skin and can typically only wear gold or sterling silver, and I haven’t had any issues with these, so seem to be sensitive safe. They are pretty tiny, which is perfect since I like something low-key for my nose, especially for work. Like a little “peekaboo” lol. I feel like these are pretty sturdy although I keep losing the dang things since they’re so small. But there’s a ton of them, so it’s not so bad, especially for the price! I’ve had one jewel fall out of one, but not in the other ten or so I’ve worn since purchasing.Hard to get a good picture in the wild of the nose rings in action, but these things are teeny!

I got the crystal clear ones (22g) and they are beautiful. I love that they lay flat against my nose and they're small (my nose is a bit on the bigger side so I got the smallest size, they're smaller than the ones I purchased from stores in town and I am thankful for that because it doesn't draw attention to it). I think I read another review before purchasing where someone mentioned they look like a fleck of glitter or something to that effect, I definitely concur. They look gorgeous! All 60 arrived in tact with no loose stones or missing pieces. Also came with a little black drawstring carrier and I really appreciate that. LOVE that I got the 60 pack because I am losing my nose rings constantly and it made better sense to order these than buy a pack of 3 for $7 every few months. Even if I had received the order with 10 faulty ones, I wouldn't have cared because they're well worth it for the amount & price. Also love that the tips are a bit thicker than store bought so they don't fall out of my nose easily. They don't even budge until I take them out (I should note here that I do not sleep in my nose rings so I can't comment on that). The ONLY thing I questioned at first but quickly grew accustomed to was that because the tip is a bit thicker, it didn't go in as easily as my old ones. I actually thought at first I ordered the wrong size but it was indeed the tip. Once it went through my nose, it was my usual gauge. The tip actually acts as a stopper? backing? I don't know what else to call it, preventing it from popping out when scratched, rubbed against etc. Even better, because they don't budge, I've been losing less frequently so this pack will last me awhile. Very pleased, will be a repeat purchase for me once these are gone.

If you’re like me, you lose your nose rings a lot! These nose rings are a great value for the money! They don’t irritate my skin and I get so many for so cheap that when I lose one, I just grab a new one and bam—ready to go! I don’t need anything fancy, just a small simple stud and this fits the bill. I used to spend at least ten bucks on one only to lose it very quickly. Now I don’t have to worry about it.

I've ordered so many nose studs trying to find the right size. These are perfect! I love the size of the stone. Wanted something small. The length works good too. I haven't had it come out yet like others I've tried. But there's 60 of them! I've had problems in the past with others I've ordered that the ball on the end was too big. These are smaller. They look so nice and quality is great! They add a little sparkle just like I wanted.

I love my nose rings, the stud is a perfect size. However. The ball on the end is so tiny that they keep slipping out constantly. Thank goodness the package comes with a lot since I’ve lost a few. Def still worth it.

Unfortunately I don’t like these but I’m sure for many people they would be fine. They are surgical steel, not stainless steel as listed. The gem size and sparkle is fine and wow you sure get a lot for the money (there were actually 61 in mine!), but for one the metal is too dark and dull. I guess I prefer sterling silver like the ones I got from forbidden body jewelry… the metal is so light and bright on those. These ones look like black in comparison! I like superrrr subtle and these just are too dark and look tacky to me. Also, the pins are too long. The ones from forbidden say 7 mm too and I didn’t measure but these are like 1-2 mm longer and that makes a huge difference. They start to stick out real quick. The ones I like are the same price for 1 as 60 but I don’t care, I’ll stick with those.

These are great! I wanted something dainty and small. Just be careful not to snag them on your towel when washing your face.
