Terrible customer service
The bike came with a defective tire. Notified the seller and requested a replacement. They told me to fix it myself

Save your self some time and money and spring for the more expensive bike
Do not buy this bike. This is absolutely the worst bike I have ever bought. I've had this bike for a little over 2 months now, but it's already falling apart. To be fair, with the exception of the tires, the bike was fine for the first month and a half. After that, things have gone down hill. I had to replace the inner tubes on all of the tires, as they came with holes in them. The reflectors on the bike came broken, and I ended up having to disconnect, untangle, and reconnect all of the break lines. Speaking of the break lines, they don't align properly with the front tire, and they drag along the tire as you ride. Pretty much after every ride, I have to readjust and align the breaks. The shifting on the bike is janky. Half the time when you up shift, it doesn't actually shift. Instead it takes a couple hundred feet to jump to the right gear. The rest of the time when you shift, it takes so long that the chain jumps of the bike and gets stuck. This results in you having to pry things apart and try to force the chain back into place. If I down shift too low, the gears jump every 5th revolution of the pedals. All-in-all, spring for the more expensive bike. The cheap price isn't worth the annoyance, and the price of the bike you'll have to buy to replace this one.

THE BIKE IS BROKEN, THE LEFT BRAKE DOES NOT ...
THE BIKE IS BROKEN, THE LEFT BRAKE DOES NOT ALLOW PRESSURE-- THE CONNECTED VALUE SPIKE BROKE APART IN FRONT OF THE BIKE. The chain is wedgeD and I cannot remove it, IT HAS BEEN THIS WAY FOR OVER TWO WEEKS NOW. THE BIKE JUST SITS UPSIDE DOWN (WHILE I;M WONDERING....WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON). tWO (OUT OF THREE ORDERED OBJECT BROKEN).

Ok bike for price, but not everything in working conditions.
One set of brakes was broken. Difficult to get handle bars lined up just right. Ended up having to take it to a bike shop to get everything fixed.

Good for the money!
I wanted a relatively cheap bicycle that I could start off with taking short rides around the neighborhood. My husband assembled this bike with ease, but we did have to tighten the handle bars a little more as they came loose on my first ride. I currently have a toddler trailer attached to the back of my bike, and take my daughter for rides at the park. My only complaint is the uncomfortable seat with longer rides, but I will be ordering a gel cushion instead. Overall, great value and I love taking my rides!

It was aweful. The seat was a man's seat ...
It was aweful. The seat was a man's seat not a woman's. To was just an uncomfortable bike from that and the handler bars would stay tight. Keep coming lose when I rode it.
