This was a new seasoning for me. I found it to be very warm, yet not overly spicy for my chicken dish. I was pleasently surprised.

This is a staple in most of the dishes that I made. This arrived quickly and the taste is superb. Great quality Aji Amarillo! I would absolutely purchase from this seller. I have no complaints regarding the product at all. This beats trying to buy the actual pepper which isn't always found in common food stores. One tip for those that use this.. I've learned that a little goes a long way. I've made a few dishes and added simply one tablespoon of this to my entire dish (say one with a little over 1 lb of meat) and it is certainly something you can taste.. a little kick. If you're looking for flavor without the kick really then I'd keep this in mind. I now use about 1 teaspoon for my cooking as others at home aren't a fan of a spicy kick in their meals. I am pretty sure you can find this item a little less expensive at Hispanic grocery stores but I needed this and didn't want to have to make a trip a little farther out just to find this one item.

This stuff is great! I tried other brands but this one tastes the best and has a nice bit of heat.The other leading brand seems a bit watered down.Some folks are saying their lids leaked...Mine came with the lid taped in place and the jar thoroughly encased in bubble wrap.I would ignore the prior reviews that rated it poorly for leakage as the seller seems to be doing all they can to prevent it.
