We ordered this harness for our 2 year old Dachshund / Beagle mix.. She's barrel-chested, weighing 17 lbs, has a 12 inch neck & 19 inch chest so we ordered size small. Should have gotten an X-small. We've tightened it to the max but it still hangs loose when walking, she even managed to walk out of one side a couple of times. I would have returned to exchange for an X-small but I threw out the packaging.Now, all that being said it's a very high quality product, very well made and nice looking. It did control the pulling but I'm not sure if that was because it was uncomfortable due to size. We may reorder the smaller size, after looking at other options. Would have given 5 stars if the fit was right, I think the sizing chart needs some adjustment.ADDITIONAL REVIEW: We received a replacement harness in X-small which is what we should have ordered in the first place. Again, I'll repeat this is a very well made product. In my opinion it works well to reduce pulling and encourages obedient walking. We recommend this harness.

probably fits most but ended up not being ideal for our baby. we have a 50lb pitbull and at first thought we just got the wrong size but that wasn't the case. it is designed to sit up at the chest as shown in the picture to aggravate enough to stop pulling without being around the neck. i love this concept and truly believes this works for some people. my brother has a tall, large breed dog that is overflowing w/ energy and they could not even walk him. they said this saved them. so its not the size of the dog....i think our dog is so thick around the middle w/her wide chest that it just was not ideal. it was actually restricting her movement of being able to move her legs. hard to explain but we have seen on other dogs and it seems her chest is simply too wide for this. we tried two sizes to be sure it was not an issue of size. def not b/c the larger one is almost too big for her and yet still around the chest area is not really ideal. the concept is great and we are going to give ours away so that someone else can enjoy

We bought this after looking at ever harness known to dog and man. Our sweet 7 year old Australian Shepherd was recently diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. We wanted a harness that wasn't going to be close to her neck and was comfortable to wear all day like a collar. This one seems comfortable on her and she doesn't seem to mind wearing it. The leash is a nice add on to the harness. It seems sturdy but I have yet to test it under stress.My only con is I wish there was a small loop on the chest for a dog tag. She needs to display her diabetic tag and on her back isn't where people are accustomed to look if something was to go wrong.If there were a nice loop with hooks on each end to use in conjunction with a seatbelt and the dog tag loop on the chest this harness would be perfect.

My dogs hates anything put over his head so I was attracted to this harness. I also like the concept of the padding and no center strap between the front legs. But the design can use some tweaking or perhaps quality control.I started with a medium. It was too big on him and even bigger because the adjustable straps kept sliding out of adjustment from him pulling. The seller sent a small. The location of the adjustable straps on the small were above the bucklep, not below like the medium. But the strap adjustments still slide. Finally, a friend of mine realized that the one plastic buckle is not sewn properly. The medium had the same issue. I will probably get someone to fix it because I like the harness. But I should not have to do this.The seller was wonderful during the whole ordeal of my questions about fit. Like I said, they sent me a small when the medium did not fit and even let me try them both under the condition that I would later return one. Shipping was fast. They were very responsive to my questions, answering within 24 hours.For the price, the harness is worth it's issues considering it is near impossible to find a harness with a similar design. I have not used the leash it came with.

I got this for my Boston Terrier and I LOVE IT!He is "strange bird" and always hated things going over his head and with this he just steps in and voila, happy and perky dog ready to go.Padded areas on his chest make it comfy for him as padded handle makes it comfy for me.One thing that bothered me a bit was the adjustable part that slides and is making harness bigger/wider during the walk but I put few stitches on it and it keeps it on exact width/size for my boy.I got size S for my boy that is 17 lb and with chest 20 in.Although I LOVE this harness (I also ordered another one for my bigger boy that is 22 lb and with chest width 21 in and still went with the same size but adjusted it to be wider to fit him), I must say that this harness does not stop dogs from pulling.

The Siayi harness is exactly what we were looking for in a harness for our puppies.They are padded for a nice soft feel for the dogs, plus they are easily adjustable for room to grow. They can easily be put on our excited puppies for their walks. The matching leash is a added bonus, it's also very soft and comfy and just the right length for walking. The size small harness fits both of our different sized puppies perfectly. One of the puppies is short and chubby and the other one is tall and thin. I will definitely buy them again if my puppies were to outgrow this size. Thanks for a harness that Makes both the puppies and my husband happy.

Too early to tell because my harness is too large. I measured accordingly & ordered a medium for my 25 lb maltichon. He is short & stout & wide chested but I have to return the harness because he wiggled right out of it and the straps won't stay in their adjusted place. I plan to return it and reorder a small. Will update.

Well make. Well padded & comfortable for my dog. My dog's chest size was right between sizes. She has a large chest but a small neck. I suggest that when the size that close, order the size smaller. There is plenty of room for adjustment. I'll submit a picture asap.
