I use this to detox about every 6 months...after New Years and mid-year. I love this product, I take two at night for about 1 month. I tried taking one every morning and it worked fine on days I had to go to work because I didn't eat breakfast for 2 or 3 hours later, but on the weekends, I found I didn't want to wait that long for breakfast. I like to take it on an empty stomach. I noticed overall, that I was less "gassy" and still had regular bowel movements. I'm a registered nurse and I highly recommend this product. I caution, if you are taking meds or vitamins, make sure you talk to your doctor before you take this as it could absorb and interfere with the absorption of your meds which can be very dangerous! If you are not on meds, I recommend taking it on an empty stomach. At bedtime, worked perfectly for me!

It doesnt work for me. I usually used the Nature’s brand of AC. Decided to try this brand but it doesn’t work. What a bummer.

Always keep a bottle of these on hand for any upset stomachs due to food poisoning, just food that for whatever reason doesn't agree with the tummy - too spicy, greasy, etc. Works wonders with stomach flu also - stops the vomiting almost immediately by sucking up the bad germs. I know people who went a little overboard with the alcohol at a party, gave them these and sent them to bed and no hangover the next day. (Not a cure for controlling how much you drink, but just saying, for some reason if it happens - they help).

I used to get a similar product online but haven't been able to do so in some time. The added bentonite helps pull toxins out of your body.

Great when you’ve had too much alcohol. I have super bad heartburn and I take one of these before bed when I have wine. My stomach feels so much better if I thank this.
