I bought this as my work laptop, and this is great, fast, powerful and robust. I know it is intended for gaming, but I got sick of business laptops just not having the power and flexibility...no issues now.

Fantastic laptop. Used as my main computer. Beautiful Razer design with RGB lightingTakes a while to update everything out of the box but once done it is a beast of a gaming laptopMake sure to update windows, Razer software and NVidia drivers before trying to jump into gaming.Also advise getting a cooling stand to place the laptop on

I love this laptop because it has so much power and has a long lasting battery

First off the laptop seemed great. Good materials and great performance. My problem was that it had a dodgy fan, which sounded like it was hitting something at times. I therefore needed to return the item.Now the Amazon returns process is ok in order to get a refund (not received yet) but they wouldn’t exchange it for another unit despite having them available. That meant by the time the item was returned and refunded the Black Friday deal would be over and it would cost £900 more. I have had to take a risk and buy another before getting my refund which clearly leaves you feeling nervous. Also the option to pay on instalments using the Amazon rather than Barclays option wasn’t available on the second one so I have lost out on that option which is a pain!Come on Amazon, that is not a good customer service experience when you have the item and are happy to sell me another one!

So glad I saved up for this one, exactly what I wanted. Runs every game I've wanted to play on ultra so far with no issues

Doesn't get more better. You'll not find a laptop of better overall quality, fans when not gaming are silent, unbelievable performance and will run any game on ultra settings when plugged in. Keyboard has a ton of different settings for designs. The laptop is thin and light, looks the part. Screen quality is awesome too.Only issue with this laptop is of course the battery. You'll get about 2 hours max by just watching YouTube and set on battery save mode.You'll not get a better gaming laptop for the price.

I pre-order the Razer Blade 15 2022 and had to wait for three months after its release. However, upon receiving the laptop, I found its behavior to be abnormal and requested a return and refund multiple times. Despite my requests, I had to go through two replacements. Unfortunately, even after the third replacement, the laptop malfunctioned again after only four months, with a line appearing on the screen and multiple black strips. I want to emphasize that the damage was not caused by any misuse or negligence on my part. However, when I sent the laptop, the technicians deemed the issue to be outside the scope of the warranty and demanded an excessive repair fee of €900, in addition to a €200 shipping cost from Germany to Ireland. This situation is completely unacceptable.
