Design flaw
The product looks good from the outside but it's badly designed.It is build from a plastic body into which the screws gets fixed. The metal body is glued onto the plastic body and the glue it's not very strong. I tighten the screws by hand and one pushed onto the metal body and one of its ends unglued itself from the plastic body.
