A 110 VOLT ITEM SHOULD NOT BE SOLD IN INDIA AS THE ADAPTER SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK EFFICIENTLY.I HAVE HAD THE EXPERIENCE OF THE ADAPTER GETTING TOO HOT AND BURNING THE GADGET.I EXPECT THE SELLER TO TAKE THE ITEM BACK AND GIVE ME A FULL REFUND.

This heating pad actually works, and it heats up nicely it has one to six for the heating pad. The material fabric is a good size. I have no problem with it. This heating pad is very soft to the skin. I'm happy with it it's worth the buy

Great heating pad. Easy to set level of temps as well duration periods. Can detach the lad for safe cleaning. Nice and soft and doesn’t burn my skin. Highly recommended!!
