The Cleveland Show: Season 1

My son is obsessed with The Cleveland show. Bought all seasons.

When this show first airred in 20whatever I wasn't really feeling it. Probably because I had grown to love Family Guy more. Then American Dad appeared and I fell in love with Roger. Anyway now that I bought this dvd I can't stop laughing its outrageously funny. The things Cleveland do and say just tickle me to death. Spoiler alert it only reached Season 4 but it was good while it lasted. I would recommend a friend.

It takes a couple of episodes for it to grow on you, but this is a very funny show. The writers did a great job of growing the characters over time and giving each several episodes per season that focus mainly on them. I have the first two seasons on DVD and both are excellent. The show is very witty and the cast of characters is wide and varied. The show does a great job of using cliches and pop culture references to help drive the comedy. If you are a fan of shows like Futurama, Family Guy, American Dad or Bob's Burgers I think you will really enjoy this show.

Hilarious. You gotta be a Family Guy fan. (I’m part black as well) this show is funny for the first 2 seasons.

Funny show has some flat jokes, yes but many good ones Tim the bear isn’t memorable but he isn’t THAT bad my favorite side character is both Lester and holt Lester is the southern hick while holt is the kindest and easily most likable character. Cleveland voiced by Mike Henry is funny that,s especially when tastless jokes aka farting are involved this show has gotten a way worse rap than it deserves I understand that the characters aren’t as memorable as family guy’s but they try warning later seasons are BAD which gave this show the axe but the first season is watchable and funny

Cleveland show makes me laugh so hard. Every family has their problems. They just have a different way if dealing with them.

This show is funny. If your like me u enjoy sound while u go asleep!

J'ai découvert les Griffin/Family Guy assez récemment (les dernières saisons) et il y était plusieurs fois fait référence de la série annulée d'un des personnage, le Cleveland Show. C'est donc par curiosité que j'ai cherché ce DVD. Cette série est un petit peu plus "lisse" que celle des Griffin, mais il y a toujours ce ton critique et cet humoir noir qui a fait le succès des Griffin et d'American Dad.

...und viel lustiger als Family Guy und American Dad. Die amerikanischen Sprecher sollten besser nicht synchronisiert werden, das geht sicher nicht ohne Humorverlust. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, die Originalfassung zu gucken!

I have seen most of this series and it keeps getting better. A slow start to the few episodes, but then again Simpsons, family guy and american dad all had slow starts.I rate it personally a 4 but I have given it a 5 to try and make up for the idiot who gave it a 2 rating, even though at the time of his post, most episodes havn't been shown in America, let alone in UK.Not trying to be hypocritical in writing this but you shouldn't review items before they are even released. I am only doing this review to make up some of the damage the other idiot may have caused
