These lip-edged desk pads are very good. The material is thick yet flexible. I bought two of these to use on a couple cheap Ikea desks with edges that will delaminate if not protected. These work perfect for this use. Unfortunately, they both had dry water marks all over them upon arrival, but they went away with some furniture polish spray and light buffing. Overall, these lipped desk pads are exactly what you want them to be. I would give them one more star if the lip that covers the edge of the desk was as wide as the entire pad....and if the lip extended down a bit more. However, I am still satisfied and happy with my purchase. I debated for a while whether or not to buy them because I thought the price was a bit high, but I'm happy I bought them.

My desk is white formica and was beginning to chip right at the edge, even though I've only had it a few months. Now my desk is protected. It's big enought to use a portion as my "mouse pad", and I can put a drink on it so it's also my "coaster". The texture is non-slip and yet smooth enough to write on. My monitor and my keyboard fit nicely on it and it looks professional and pretty. I ordered the black pad, and it is less reflective from the light from my screen - which is easier on the eyes. My husband wants one too!

While I wish it was a bit wider, it's exactly what I was looking for. Big enough for my arms and keyboard to avoid wearing the desk when resting arms on it or writing on something. The item did come a bit folded, but I laid it out on a table in a warm room to allow it a few days to flatten and it is perfectly flat. I highly recommend, it's the best I could find on Amazon as of today.

This product was shipped folded in half. once unfolded has never completely returned to a flat profile making using it annoying . I will never know whether the issue was related to manufacturing or shipping. It also has a decided dimple in the center about the size of a quarter where I'm assuming the plastic material was injected into the die, again annoying .

the mat is probably OK- but I received it in a box folded in half, and it was Obviously used, stains, marks and a big crease from being folded.

The first order of this mat, had a scratch across it and had to be returned. I placed another order of the same, it arrived this morning and it is warped. Will not lie flat on the surface. Very disappointed with it, will not order again. It does not look anything like the description.

Exactly what I wanted.Perfect for protecting my wooden desktop and providing a smooth, easily cleaned work surface.
