A gift
I bought the phone for a friend as they couldn't afford a phone. She was so excited, you would have thought that I had bought her a Samsung or I phone.

Really apalling software and hardware not sure how they got it so wrong
So we bought two of these phones for our twins as birthday presents , on the surface of it they looked like a good buy, reasonable spec , decent battery and a recent version of android, all in all not a bad first phone for them. We unboxed them to set them up for them before there birthday so we could add some numbers for them and friends could chat to them on the day. And that’s where the problems started, 4 frikikin hours to attempt to set them up before I gave up and filed a return , multiple restarts (as in re-set the whole phone and try again) the wifi reception is rubbish we tried multiple channels and bands the software is very very slow I’m not sure how they got it so wrong but don’t waste your time .Spend a little bit more and buy something better would be my advice

Very slow unfortunately
It does make and receive calls but you get what you pay for and unfortunately it’s functionality is somewhat lower than one would expect in other ways.

Absolute rubbish! DO NOT BUY
It did not register the SIM card and would not connect to the Wi-Fi. Complete waste of money. I need a refund!

Garbage.
Avoid!! Bought this for an elderly parent. As an Android user for 15 years .. absolutely a nightmare to set up. Gave up after over 2 hours. When it powers off and then back on, it removes all the contacts from favourites. Also forgets it's in Simple mode. So if my mum doesn't plug it in on time, you have to go back thru settings and redo everything. Touch screen only works sporadically. When it powers up it keeps telling you to set a default browser, then says it can't connect to the internet to do it, yet if you click the Chrome icon you can use it no issue and can see that it's connected with full.signal.
