Good quality for a reasonable price
While the instructions are a little complex to master on this stud finder, once I figured it out the device functioned exactly as advertised. I was able to find the studs I needed to locate, and it centers the arrow on the middle of the stud more or less, so was able to drill some supports in precisely. I needed it quickly and it shipped right away, at a reasonable cost. I would recommend.

Thrilled - found studs thru warped wood paneling immediately.
Purchased because even the strongest magnet couldn’t find a stud behind the fake wood paneling downstairs. Was skeptical after reading a bunch of online posts that said if a strong magnet won’t work, then nothing will. Still had to try as I am installing a tv mount, wall mount cat shelving, etc. Right out of the box (after I put the battery in correctly), I went straight to the wall, slid it across/up and down and it detected the stud immediately. Very happy.

Did not work for me in general, it worked for like 3 times I used it after that it was not detecting anything and took it off the wall then it beeped as I found a stud, so idk I tried several times and naa
