I purchased a total of three of these lamps,2 in black,one in silver which I gave away as a gift. I just moved to a new area and both of the lamps are not working. The light doesn’t come on at all when the floor toggle is pressed. I have tried everything to see I could fix them but to no avail. They were advertised as lasting for years so I don’t understand what happened. I’m on a fixed income so buying them again is prohibitive. Is there any way you could help me and replace them? I love them. They are perfect except they don’t light up. Thank you for your consideration in this matter. I buy almost everything from Amazon as you can see by my purchasing history. I am a loyal customer. The hope you can help.

Update:I have had this lamp for several months now and have had no issues. It still continues to function without issue. I was asked a question about if this could be used in Europe with a plug adapter and the answer is yes. See my attached photo of the power supply. It is rated for 110Volts through 240 Volts of AC and for 50 or 60 hertz. This covers Europe, the US , and many other countries. You jut need an adapter for the spade type plug we use in the US to whatever type you are using in Europe.Enjoy!!***************************Original review:I have a game table that I put together for my Family room and did not have any light source for the table in that area. I had considered putting in a chain lamp, but did not like the concept of having the chain always in view. So, I looked around for a lamp that would not have a large profile and found this one. The base tucks up close to the table out of the way and the foot switch makes it easy to adjust the light level. The amount of light that the lamp provides is great for cards or for table games. I have about 50 hour of use on the lamp so far and it has no issues and is easy to use. One thing to keep in mind is that the particular dimmer that is used with this lamp does NOT allow it to be used with a timer. For me, that is not an issue, but it is something that you should be aware of.

Bought it because I originally wanted it to go over a floor mirror I had, but it wasn't tall enough/the arch didn’t “arch” enough, if that makes sense? I also think it’s a bit pricey for what it is, about $30 less would have been more reasonable. It’s very wobbly, and not the most sturdy so I have it wedged between my couch and the wall to give it more support. The dim option is nice and the light seems fine. I wish it came with a remote instead of just the clicker. But overall it’s nice looking, very sleek. Easy to use and put together. Maybe if the base and the stick connecting up to the light was a little thicker it’d be better?

My daughter has one from a department store and it was double the price. I can barely tell the difference. It’s a great light. Putting it together was simple.

The media could not be loaded. I have bought a couple of these and I like 'em.Easy to put together and do exactly what I thought they would.There are three distinct light levels controlled with a foot switch. The power cord is generous in length also.At the lowest level, it can function as a night light . The light quality is distinctly yellowish/warm.Here is your caveat ... No kids allowed. I attached a video to demonstrate that they are very flexible and a kid deciding to hang off it would mean total destruction.For the money, this is pretty fun.

The stem that supports the LED is very flimsy - it's shaky and just not strong enough to support the weight of LED. The beam is narrow and because of insufficient support it bends over and hangs too low. The switch should've been attached to the base or integrated into the stem. Instead they choose the cheapest solution and left it on the wire. Very impractical.On the bright side - very pleasant yellow light with three dimming settings. I have another lamp of a different brand that I moved to garage as it produces very bright but unpleasantly toxic blue/white highly irritating light.
